Our career started since 1979, and from that time we are still going on accountancy in accordance to Libyan legislations and the international standards with an elite of internationally qualified accountants, and now our office undertakes the following works:-
1- Preparing balance sheets for the local and foreign joint-stock companies.
2- Reviewing banks accounts.
3- Preparing book keeping of accounts as provide by the Libyan commercial law and taxes law.
4- Preparing the electronic systems in cooperation with the specialized offices in the field of accountant, stores, wages, salaries and others, according to the specialization of each company.
5- Representing all kinds of companies at tax authorities and the specialized committees for taxes conflicts.
6- Providing taxes and financial consultations as provided in the legislations enforce.
7- Preparing and designing the financial and accountant systems and the documentary courses.
8- Economic feasibility studies for the ongoing projects and the new ones.
Office activities Preparation, reviewing and test activities:
After agreement with the clients, the office undertakes preparing or testing their accounts in the field of balance sheet, financial lists attached to it in books , registries and client documents, and through that the office endeavours to present neutral services about testing of reports about the economic allegations, and such guidelines come as a product of essential accountants statements, we performed these works by our skilled elite of employees and also through the help of local and foreign reviewing offices.
Financial and tax consultations:
The most important matters to the client, is the help he gains through his cooperation with the specialized offices in the scope of financial and tax consultations, and our office always endeavours to satisfy the needs of his clients through the experience which extends more thirty years, in which the office follows the new legislations and laws in force, and provides the advice and instruction in such field which includes financial obligations like taxes laws, social insurance , customs laws and others and their amendments , and informing them by that.
We also help clients to present their tax reports and representing the in fixed taxes upon their taxes, performing the legal procedures concerning the reconciliation and grievance in front of appeal committees and the first instance courts executing of the taxes law No. (11) 2004.
The economic feasibility studies:
In the scope of feasibility studies we cooperate with international experts in the economic field, and it is the scientific tool for best investment new decisions , or the evaluation lastly taken decisions between different alternations , and that under technical, financial and economic bases in accordance with defined findings concerning the site, costs of running, revenues ,running capacities, certain type of technology, different human skills and that through the use of stable systems which are agreed upon them in the financial analysis and valuation of decisions for the investment agreement . All these in the field of market studies in a modern scientific styles.
